Our Materials

All our products are made from Mvule, a hardwood that is rot and termite resistent. Mvule is a natural material, and each piece possesses its own unique colors and grain patterns. Unlike manufactured products, the exact color and uniformity of natural materials cannot be guaranteed. This natural variation in both color and grain is what makes each board of mvule unique. 

Over time, mvule will naturally oxidize and darken, further enhancing its unique character. While we strive for consistency when matching mvule, it’s important to embrace these natural variations as part of what makes each Saba piece special and uniquely yours adding character and charm to your space.
